A This is always the first question we get, and its understandable! We have a base fee + a hourly rate for additional services if needed. We try to make a quick assessment of the size and scope of your project before providing you a quote. However, to give a ball park figure, our web consulting packages generally are well under one thousand dollars. Keep in mind, depending on what work you have already started (if any) one of our main goals is to reduce the overall cost of your web project, and this generally will more than pay for our fees.
A If your office is within 75 miles of Naperville IL we are happy to come to your location. Our process of collecting the needed information can all be done by phone, email and fax. If your located more than 75 miles from our office, and its important to you to meet in person, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
A Yes... but we generally don't. Our goal is to remain non biased so that we can help you to the greatest degree possible. Sometimes that will mean straight talk about the company or company's your looking to contract to build your website. In some select cases, we can bring resources to the table if that is really needed or required.
A Yes, but its not our main focus. There is a major difference in selecting a SEO company, or individual vs. selecting a company or individual to design and build your site. Even if a project runes overtime, it will be finished, and you have what you paid for. With SEO, there are mountains promised, and pebbles delivered. The selection process on who you hire to do SEO is very hard, as you will be given lots of promises and little results.
